    Hi,

I performed some changes to my Woocommerce cart & checkout page and it all looks great on my desktop when i select responsive sizes with your plugin or adjust my browser.

Unfortunately when i actually open it with an Iphone 7 or my old Huawei I can't see any changes made.

    please advise

    Hey There,

Maybe there not have any change for mobiles device. I recommend you to learn all about Responsive Tool because this tool is critical for mobile compatibility.

I think this a problem about browser cache. Please clear browser cache and refresh the page on your mobile device.

    Best Regards

I did as you asked, but unfortunately no desired result.

I think it is rather related to the Safari browser, because I opened the same page on an Ipad, and the same issue occurred...and there was no cache on the ipad. it was the first time i opened it there.

    Please check this page:

    https://jullo.nl/cart/

The font style is various...should be raleway only, and the text alignment in the cart total is right and left...while it should be right only.

    Please advise.

    Hey There,

I'm sorry about this issue. I think this issue about Static External CSS file setting, External CSS still in beta test. Please go to WordPress Panel > Yellow Pencil > Settings page, select "Dynamic Inline CSS" option and save changes.

    I hope that's help,

    Best Regards

    Hi Zafer,

I did like you suggested, and saved on dynamic inline css, but the result is still the same. When you navigate through incognito mode, add a product to the cart you will see the text align to the left, while it should be to the right.

    So no change.

    Please advise how to proceed.

    Hey There,

I found the cause of the problem. There is a very small bug with CSS Selector. I will fix this bug until this weekend with the new update but you must update current style data.

Open Yellow Pencil editor, Open CSS Editor from left bar and delete this term ".calculated_shipping".

need to help? I will like to to fix this problem for you, please let me know your WordPress login information.

    Best Regards

    Hey There,

I see there the theme adds random numbers to the element classes and it refreshes the classes on page reload.

I fixed this bug, can you clear browser cache and try it again? Please let me know if this is works or not. Thank you for your help!

    Best Regards

    Hey There,

No, I didn't any change on your website with the plugin, I just did test the plugin.

    The problem:
Yellow Pencil doesn't reset the changes but there a plugin adds random class names to all elements and it refresh the class names on the page reload, so it breaks all Yellow Pencil CSS Selectors.

I fixed this bug on Tuesday (3days ago), some changes you made ago Tuesday maybe not work because the plugin used random class names for the target elements.

    The solution:
I recommend you to customize this page again.

If the plugin still doesn't save your new changes, so there is another bug that I didn't realize. Please let me know if this doesn't work.

    I hope that's help,

    Best Regards
