    When I try and select an item for edit the selection box is not even close to the object. I am also having issues trying to set margins on several pages. I set the margins the same and when previewing the pages nothing is the same.

    I am using wordpress simple store theme with woocommerce running local with MAMP until I get things finished.

    Another issue I am having is trying to do global changes such as logo placement at the top of all pages. None of the pages are the same and do not line up when changing page to page.

    and yes, I am new to all of this so it may just be something I am missing.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey There,

    First, thank you for your purchase!

    You need to read all the plugin documentation to use the plugin ideally. This takes 5 minutes to read it.

    Maybe you using an old version, please be sure you using the latest version, the latest version is 6.0.0. Activate your copy from WordPress Panel > Yellow Pencil > Product License page to unlock automatic updates.

    Maybe this problem about browser cache, please refresh the page, clear browser cache, deactivate if you using a WordPress cache plugin.

    Maybe you active External CSS setting which in beta test. Please go to WordPress Panel > Yellow Pencil > Settings page, Select "Dynamic inline CSS" setting and save changes.

    Thank you for your help.

    Using version 6.0.0

    refreshed cache and cleared browser several times. Was always

    set to "dynamic inline CSS"

    Any other suggestions? When I click on an item to edit the selection box is not even close to going around the item. Also I can not drag items around the screen, I must use the padding or position sliders in YP.

    Then saving positions on an item and looking in live view things are not in the same position as when I saved.

    I'm sorry for late replyWe were working hard for the new update. Next time, I will try to reply within 24 hours!

    Maybe there is a conflict with another WordPress plugin. Please try to deactivate all plugins one by one and check if the problem continues.

    Maybe you using a non-standard theme which cannot pass WordPress unit tests. Please try the plugin with another theme to check if this an issue with the theme.

    I need to login WordPress panel to fix this problem if the problem continues. Please let me know your WordPress login information and domain name.

    Record a screen video or take screenshots if you are working on the local server.
