I am trying to adjust the checkout page on my site. You have to get to that page by clicking the link on the page linked to above. Once there I turn on Yellow Pencil and the page switches back to the first page. Here is a screen capture to show things more clearly.
I'm sorry about it. You maybe not able to edit some cookie based pages like checkout page but please try the following steps.
Open The checkout page with Yellow Pencil Editor.
Disable Element inspector from left bar.
Click "Modify "My Acting Website" link.
This not work? so technically this is not possible to fix this problem. I will recommend you to request a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
