Purchased YP, installed and activated plugin, Yellow Pencil menu Product License tab says "Activate Yellow Pencil Pro". when I do so I click on "approve" and it says "no licenses found on your envato account"
I confirmed that I was logged into the correct account. I waited to get a response, but I couldn't wait anylonger, so I was forced to find another solution. Please refund the charge as I have no plans to use your software.

I think you logged to another Envato account, so it can not found the plugin license. Please be sure you log in to the right account.
