Ive changed some css make a backup of my offline site and then upload the backup. My site was very slow, I check that the reason was yellow pencil. so I delete css changes, make them new and the desktop version is running well now.
The problem is that on my mobile version I can't change anything more.Inside the pencil editor I can change css, but without effect on mobile phones. so there is still the corrupt css. Even If I deactivate live pencil editor the changes don't undone.

I'm surprised to hear that the plugin is slowing your website, it shouldn't.
Can you send me your wordpress login credentials so I can inspect your issue? Also point me on which page you're having issues, or is it global issue?
