For some reason, this page seems to have a mind of its own when editing globally. I will make changes to the sidebar and all changes appear except on this page. I thought maybe I had inline styles for it specifically but I don't see them.
My other question is, can I uninstall the yellow pencil plugin without losing previously made edits? Most of the edits I made to the drop down menus coloring and font size appear to be working but the sidebar issues seem to magically appear and disappear.

From what I can see, sidebar looks same on all pages?
You can uninstall it but you need to export CSS which you have made and apply it in your theme. You can read more here.
