In order to inspect that issue I need to login to wordpress installation. Right now it's on localhost and I can't access it since the website should be online. Are you able to transfer it to live website, so I can see the issue? After that you can transfer it to localhost again.
Or, we can go with TeamViewer and I'll log in directly to your PC and check the issue?
BTW, In the meantime I tried to activate Yellow Pencil from Wordpress’ plugin page and got this error:
“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare yp_exportCSS_admin_header() (previously declared in /Applications/wordpress-4.7.3-0/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/waspthemes-yellow-pencil/yellow-pencil.php:2381) in /Applications/wordpress-4.7.3-0/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/yellow-pencil-visual-theme-customizer/yellow-pencil.php on line 2419"
It could be, you can try using XAMPP for example to see if it will work. But don't worry, as soon as you transfer it online you'll be able to update it regular.
I have problem activating the Yellow Pencil plugin.
I work on Mac OS with Bitnami Wordpress stack, I'm developing my website locally.
When I try to activate YP, if I click on "approve" on the "Authorize Yellow Pencil Pro to connect with your account?" page, I get stuck, since my browser cannot open the "http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php?page=yellow-pencil-license&purchase_code=8b55358c-9275-4ff0-b715-c7329861422a" page saying it can't connect to the "localhost" server.
What's wrong ?
