On my registration page at https://myactingwebsite.com/pro-site/, I want to edit the "Set Up Your Site" area that only shows when registering a new site which can only happen when not logged in. I believe I must be logged in to use Yellow Pencil. How can I customize the css for this area?

you must use visitor mode to show the page like visitor view, please check Visitor mode in the plugin documentation.
