Hello, I am slightly panicked. I just bought the yellow pencil editor (which is great!) however right after pressing save, I loaded my site up and to my horror the whole site is all html text. I tried deleting the plugin but it's still all text. I even went back to previous saved revisions in wordpress but they are also all text and all my hard work I put into it is gone. www.vivapromedia.comPlease help!
Hi, I've opened your website and there's no need for panicking. That HTML text is actually Visual Composer shortcodes, and it seems that Visual Composer isn't activated or installed on your website. I suggest you to activate it, and everything will come in it's place.
