On one Yellow Pencil panel entitles "All styles on the current page are listed below" (see attached) there are nonexistent filenames such as single.css and global.css. Is it expected that I have to create these? There is a hyperlink which has no apparent associated action. I don't see where this is explained in the documentation.
Those files are non existent and they are only show as files so you know where those styles are applied. All styles go to custom1.css file in plugin folder.
Sorry, our plugin author is on a trip and he'll update it once it get's back. We're trying to handle all tickets and there are many so we didn't had time to update documentation.

Those files are dynamically generated by Yellow Pencil and you shouldn't create them, the plugin does all the work. So, don't worry.
