I am using demo content from the wordpress theme The GEM and they have a one page agency demo content, I have BOUGHT yellow pencil and am trying to change the background images on my blocks on the homepage but I cant change a single one...
Hi, my best guess that GEM is using Visual Composer so I'm going to recommend you on try using it for changing it's content like images. If you still don't manage to, let me know.
So the GEM is the company I bought the theme from, what do you mean using Visual Composer...I imported the demo content then use your product i bought to edit the css I make the background change and it works on the live page but when I hit save it does not save. What else can i do
You can edit the background with Yellow Pencil. But there's a chance that those backgrounds would be easier to change within the Gem theme by theme options or Visual Composer.
You can always use Yellow Pencil for some changes which are hard to edit.

Visual Composer is a plugin. Please try reading GEM documentation or contact their support.
