Help!! I did a change to a blog post styling and chose global from the drop down as I wanted it to effect all blog posts. However its overwritten everything and I've lost ALL my CSS.
I've done a rollback and need to put in the CSS that was there before. I've uploaded the rollback from cpanel into the plugins/waspthemes-yellow-pencil folder and overwritten but its done nothing and it hasn't changed back. Could you urgently tell me either how I can roll back the CSS or where the CSS is kept in the file manager so I can manually restore and re-instate the CSS.
Please come back to me as soon as possible - is there still no versioning??
I’m suspecting it’s lost - my question is where is the yellow pencil code kept. I can’t see it anywhere - is it in the database or are there files. If so where is the custom css that I’ve spent hours on kept??
Since I've updated the plugin whenever I go to make a change it seems to strip out all my code...so I don't dare use it right now...it seems to put he rules in but takes out the properties...

Please come back to me as soon as possible as I need to repair this urgently...
Hi,
I am addressing your issue to author of the plugin.
Quick question - can your hosting provider give you latest backup? There's a chance that styling is lost, so backup could be the best option.
Best regards!

Your Custom CSS can be found in root of plugin with name custom-3.css (number is just an example, it will be different for you).
Path is /wp-content/plugins/waspthemes-yellow-pencil/custom-x.css
Let me know if you can find it!

Well yes I can see some custom CSS there but it hasn't got all my global CSS that I set just basic template code...is there anywhere else I can look?
Since I've updated the plugin whenever I go to make a change it seems to strip out all my code...so I don't dare use it right now...it seems to put he rules in but takes out the properties...
Here is what YP looks like in the dashboard - is this right - it does't look like it did on the previous version...

Like I said before it strips out this code if I try and change anything....
I'm going to address this issue to our developer. I'll get back at you soon!
