    every time I enable the yellow pencil plugin, the WPBakery editor button disappears.

    Try installing Classic Editor plugin which will have workaround for WP Bakery

    @andrea and @iischool, if that doesn't work can you both make two separate private tickets with your WP login details so we can take a look?
