    Hello. 

    After the last update, the calendar icon disappeared in the date fields of the Gravity forms plugin.

    Hi,

    That changed with update of Yellow Pencil or theme?

    It could be that URL of that image was changed so YP is targeting old URL. Or you're simply cached and you can clear cache with CTRL+F5 or you can try incognito mode.

    Hi,

    I see SRC unknown for the image meaning that img isn't set. Please correct that.

    Nothing should be wrong when the plugin gets updated, check your code.
