    We are using Yellow Pencil Pro that we got via the MagPlus theme from Envato Market. When/how can we update to the patched version? We have had to disable the plugin (and thereby all our CSS edits) as our site was affected by the hack. I can only see that I can download the PRO version if I have bought it separately, but not as part of the a premium theme.

    YellowPencil is prebundled with the Magplus theme.
    The creators are MagPlus are responsible to keep their product up to date. WaspThemes fixed the issue within an hour or two including releasing the pathed version and all the information going with it.

    Contact the MagPlus theme support and ask for an update.

    why is yellow pencil not working. very frustrating. not getting any answers .updated to latest version but no joy. it is the pro version i have

    This plugin works with every wordpress theme.

    Try the following:

    - go to plugins in the admin dashboard

    - disable yellow pencil

    - delete plugin

    - reupload plugin through “new plugin” section

    If this doesn’t work, please deactivate all your plugins, make sure wordpress is up to date, activate yellow pencil first.

    After that activate plugins one by one and check when yellow pencil “breaks”.

    Hi, are you still offering to help your customers that have been hacked via your plugin? I tried to submit a private ticket but it failed as my purchase is over 6 months old. 

    I reverted my database and site from a backup but lots of broken links to spam sites remains according to Google Ads. Need help quick!

    spoken to one.com and they have said yellow pencil is no longer in there service . does this mean they wont allow it and if so what can i do about it

    The other thing might be that one.com just blocks the script because of reasons...

    I have had that issue in the past with them and chose a different hoster.

    I emailed our Cpanel info two days ago, no word yet. When could we expect a solution? I'm sure there are others with the same problem (broken spam links causes "Disapproved ads" ). Maybe they can write a step by step guide so others can fix it by them self? I appreciate the effort by the team so far, hoping that we can get it fixed soon as our business is hurting right now.

    @David Ok, I've resent the email, this time from the email associated with my Envato account (post@***engineering.no). I included the links I got from Google Ads support team so maybe it was filtered as spam..

    @David Hey, sorry for bumping this but it is getting critical! If WaspThemes is going to be silent about it we want to know right now. We have to know our options or when to pull the plug.

    We never recieved your message. I checked spam and everything and couldn't find your email. Can you just simply make private ticket like I suggested you couple times? That would be much faster. Or just make new public ticket which I'll convert to private. Thanks!

    @David That doesn't work! Got an error on both private and public as the purchase code is older than six months. That is why we are replying to this post. I've resent the email just now and excluded all the "broken links". Can you please check right away?
