Probably your website gets infected. I think some WordPress core files, theme and plugin files get infected in the last hack attack one month ago.
We fixed this security bug quickly after the hack attack, the current version is secure but your website already gets infected before you update the plugin.

Go to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > YellowPencil Editor
Open CSS editor from left bar and click on Global Tab
Click the end line of CSS codes, press space key.
And save changes.

Be sure you are using 7.2.1 version.
Scan your website.
Change your passwords.
Delete inactive users from WordPress Dashboard.
Delete inactive plugin and themes.
Go WordPress Panel > Users > Your Profile and click Log out Everywhere Else.

I did a clean installation, change all password, cleaned a lot, etc. when i reinstall the Yellow Pencil Plugin Pro then the maleware is back ?!?!
