I've solved this issue, but got the same issue shown in ticket #2077978 (Site Page displaying different than showing in yellowpencil) but it happens for the responsive feature only and only on menu and header section. I see one thing in the editor but another thing when opening website from mobile device. Thanks again.
That seems like cache. Mobile devices cache websites more then browsers and it's hard to clear it. Try opening your website in incognito mode on mobile.
