I made some changes in YP, saved them and in Live view I saw the changes clearly. When I opened my website, the 'old' page, without my changes appear. I clear the cache, in my wp-dashboard and in my chrome browser, but that make no difference.
I've made twee printscreens of the pages, the original wp and the edit version. The changes are the text, position, border and background.
I have clear the whole browser's cache (Chrome). Still a no-go.
Thereafter I tried to fixed it in another browser, but also the same problem in Microsoft Edge.
When I make my changes, I go to live preview, and then I see my changes, but when I go to my original page, the changes have not been included.
After that I tried to deactivate a plug in, (Secure Copy Content Protection), I thought that this was maybe the problem), but that wasn't. There was again a no-go. ;(
Yesterday I've re-installate the plug in of Yellow Pencil, no effect.
I notice that, when I turn to my dashboard, I don't see at the top of the bar the edit tool YP. When I switch to my site-page, the edit tool is in the bar. Is that normal, or is there maybe a connection with the failure? I made a print screen to of this.

Definitely strange! I think there’s some wonky data hung up in your browser. Can you try clearing the browser's cache memory then reopen the page?
If it’s still a no-go after that, can you try a different browser? That’ll help me rule in/out the browser as the culprit here.

I saw draft mode is on, I turned it off from WordPress Dashboard > YellowPencil > Settings page and it is working now.
