I am currently building a new website for a customer under a domain that is called xxxxx.de Later, when the customer is satisfied and Website is ready, i transfer this Website to the correct domain yyyyy.de to go online. Can Yellow Pencil also move to the new domain without buying a new License?

Yes, you can transfer the license to another domain but you need to delete the YellowPencil from the previous website.
You can export the styles and delete YellowPencil plugin. Please take a look at this article for more information.
