I am using Yellow Pencil Responsive Mode to try to make the website responsive on a phone. I can see the changes that are being made in Responsive Mode (margin, position, size), but the changes are not being seen when viewing the website on a phone (iPhone).
When saving changes, I am clicking Save on the YellowPencil screen and clicking update on the Wordpress page.
I have cleared the cache on the Wordpress site and on the iPhone.
I have attached an example of one of the pages where this is happening.

Which phone are you exactly using? Perhaps 320px is low resolution for phone to pickup?

I am using iPhone XR.
I see that you have set 320px, try setting it to 420px instead as XR uses larger resolution then 320px.
