Downloaded the plugin file with all documentation but there is no plugin I can see per attached document. Was promised assistance with this but no response yet. I am unable to provide any access to my employer website for security reasons.

How do I get this plugin installed?
The plugin appeared on our site and I have installed it. Yes it works pretty good so far.
Is Contact Form 7 required for this? If so, which are best version(s) to install?
