I use your tool on a few sites. Recently I noticed changes I made were not showing up. Something as simple as a menu name change. The solution was disabling YP and refreshing the page in question...and then I would see the update. I would then go back and re-enable YP and everything worked fine.
Are you using some cache plugin? If yes, then try clearing the cache. Also you can clear browser cache by pressing CTRL+F5 (Command+F5) on your keyboard while on your website to clear browser cache. It should clear the cache and load the latest changes. Let me know if that worked out.
