So apparently I had to delete the the plugin - i had both installed - basic and Pro, though pro was the only one activated in the plugin list. Deleted both - installed basic and upgraded to pro. Success. Thanks.
please help i have an verion 7.12 and not getting any updation in plugin page i am getting an error An error occurred while loading. after updating wordpress to 5.6.2 before updation this is working now this is not working please help me through this version as if i delete 7.1.2 and again activated other version then i lost my data which i have done so many changes in that version please help out asap
