    Not used Yellow Pencil for a while, and it keeps getting stuck on loading scripts. I see from another support article that I need to update to 7.3.2.


    However on the update plugin screen its not giving me option to update, can someone explain why, and tell me what I need to do, to make it update.

    Hi David,

    Do I have to unregistered the licence before deleting it? Also I have no log in for code canyon I can find, and its asking me to buy it? I have had this plugin for around 3 years, is there another place I can down load it from?

    If you plan on using it on the same domain you don’t have to unregister it.

    No there’s no other place to download it from its being sold all the time on the Envato.

    Can you try and search for emails or login? Try contacting Envato in that matter.
