I had to delete the installed Wordpress from the server and had to re-install again.
After installing YellowPencil again I could not register the bought license, because it was registered with the deleted Wordpress installation.
Now I cannot use the Pro features any more and I cannot de-register to register again.
Therefor I have to ask for refund OR I am asking for cancellation of the deleted registration to have the chance to register the YellowPencil install on the new Wordpress install.
