The license is activated on an old domain that no longer exists. PLEASE remove this activation because I want to activate it for my new website. (I think that something like this should be done on my side through a feature under the dashboard, not get your support every time I need to remove and add a new installation)
Yeah. Unfortunately we don’t have system in place that allows users to do that. Once license is valid per one domain, and some users abuse that policy and deactivate and activate licenses over and over again so we have to do it for you.
Of course, we allow users to do such thing on staging websites or when actually they are changing the domain.

what should I do if I want to activate it on a new domain and deactivate it on this domain? Do I have to comeback to you again?

aha. You should allow add an option to deactivate and activate on another site, like many other authors do.
Anyway, I will change the domain name soon. Will let you know.
