    I have been using this tool with great pleasure for years, but now that I need some help, the support is really letting me down. I have been waiting for a substantive answer for a week.
    A one-line question is asked and even if I answer immediately, I still have to wait 1 or 2 days for yet another non-substantive answer. This great tool deserves good support and not support that wants to get rid of it quickly just to tick a box.
