I'm looking to buy Yellow Pencil purely as a tool for fixing snags on websites but I cant tell if the single licence is restricted to only a single domain name or dev domain. We operate multiple websites but would only infrequently need this plugin to temporarily install, snag, isolate and fix and issue on a production website then uninstall it and have it freely available to use on another domain name *only if and when* a snagging issue came up that we cant solve quickly. I think I'm basically asking about needing only a single non-concurrent licence that could be infrequently used and then be kept in reserve for use on another domain later should a similar rare troubleshooting scenario crop up? If its a portable licence we will be keen to buy a copy. - sorry again for thread jumping. Tried to fill out your support form but without a purchase Code I cant see any other forum for pre-sales questions.
In this case, I recommend the Chrome version of the YellowPencil plugin. It has a monthly subscription, you can use it on as many sites as you want. Click here for more information.
I have the same problem but does't let me send a ticket, i need to unlink my previous website, as i accquited a better domain without the dash "-" in the middle
Please let me know the domain name on which you activated your YellowPencil license. So I can unlink it from your license and you can activate it in the new domain.
