On the "Yellow Pencil CSS Source" Page, could you explain what export and import are used for? Is this some way to export and then import all of my CSS changes made with Yellow Pencil?
I need to uninstall the Yellow Pencil plugin to fix a potential WP issue. Once I've got the WP issue sorted, I want to re-install YP and then get all of my YP-CSS changes back in place. Will this import/export do the trick?

You can export/import all your changes from Wordpress Panel > Settings > "Yellow Pencil Source" page.
Yellow Pencil saving all CSS codes to database. You will not lose changes if you deactive or delete plugin.
PS: Plugin must stay in active for your changes work.
