I am using Yellow Pencil editor. I have a Wordpress page with images set for mobile and PC (and programmed only to be shown on their respective devices). However when I open the editor it only shows the elements on the PC rather than all the other elements. EG I wish to add a border to a photo (2 made of differing sizes for showing on a mobile and a PC. I can only place the border on the PC photo as I cannot see the other photo to edit. Can anyone help me? Regards, Mike
Unfortunately, I don't understand the problem. Please give me the page link also, an video or screenshot will helpful.
Have you read plugin documentation? Yes, this is an easy-to-use plugin but you will learn completely how this plugin works. So please read the documentation for use this plugin ideally.
I can see your point IF the content is the same on the PC and the mobile device. HOWEVER as you can see from the previous screenshots the wording and pictures are NOT the same. This is done on purpose.
If I use the responsive toggle it just reduces the same screen It DOES NOT show the "hidden" elements (i.e. the smaller photo and the different texts I use for the mobile).
I want login to your WordPress panel and check this problem. The current ticket is public, Please create a private ticket and let me know your domain name and WordPress login information, I will fix this problem quickly!
Thanks. I understand what you mean now. The elements are only visible if you are in that particular responsive screen WHILST EDITING. I did not know this would be possible as I thought you had to edit it on the full screen but it makes perfect sense with a wysiwyg editor!

Hey Mike,
You must use "Responsive Mode" for see hidden elements From PC View.
You can toggle responsive mode from left bar. Please take a look to "Responsive Mode" section in plugin documentation.
Toggle Responsive mode, customize the mobile elements and save changes!
