Hi I am getting a similar situation to one of the other tickets no this site where I cannot get access to Yellow Pencil. If I try and edit a page I just get the spinning disk. I can no longer see the Yellow Pencil option in the word press top menu bar either. I have tried upgrading but both the original and upgraded version is not working.
I think some files missing or there is a problem with Browser cache.
Please clear browser cache and be sure you using the latest version. Maybe you using a WordPress cache plugin? Please deactivate all other plugins and try again.
Is there still problem? Please create a private ticket let me know your domain name and WordPress login information. I want login to your WordPress panel and see what is problem there.
