    Hi,

    I am trying to edit a website to make it responsive. However, although it looks ok on desktop (left of the picture), it looks completely messed up on iPad (right of the picture). I have tried playing with different position settings (static, relative etc) to no avail.

    Also, when I came out of the responsive editor, I realised that all the changes made before clicking on the responsive feature have disappeared and are not applied anymore, which means I lost a good few hours of work.

    Can you please advise?

    Hey Amalia,

    First, please be sure you using latest version. Latest version is 5.5.0 and stable. You can update plugin from WordPress Panel > Settings > Yellow Pencil Update.

    Have you read the plugin documentation? I would recommend you to read "Responsive Tool" section in plugin documentation.

    Default customizations will work on all screen sizes but when you using Responsive Tool, customizes will work only on current and bellow screen sizes. Take a look to following screenshot;

    There is a notice in bottom-left corner of screenshot as "customizing for 768px and bellow screen sizes." So all customizations will work only when screen size 768px or bellow.

    I think there not have a bug and you only need to learn how this works. Please record a video of the problem If you think that this is an bug, so I can fix this bug quickly.

    Best Regards
